If you are using the registered version of the 30 Day Free Trial and are purchasing a license for 1 or more years this is the correct form to use.  

Once you submit this form you will be taken to the Credit Card Payment link.  

When we receive payment confirmation we will update your license on the web as soon as possible.  On the Q~Check software click on "Help > Check for Updates" and the new license will be automatically downloaded and installed. 

The license is generally available within a few minutes but can take several hours depending on the time of day.  We will email you when it is ready to update.

Please click the "Check for Updates" later in the day if it does not install when you first try it.
