Magnetic Ink Printing

The numbers at the bottom of each check are printed in Micr Font - which is a special bank font.  Some banks require that the numbers be printed in Magnetic Ink so that their check  readers can read the numbers.

While very few banks have this requirement since they now use OCR scanners or manually read the checks there are still some banks that need the magnetic ink printing.

There are ink cartridges available for most printers and we can supply you with a list of online resellers if you need the magnetic ink.  This has not been a problem for any of our users as far as we know.
