Recently a number of Craigslist and Ebay Buyers have notified some Sellers that they would like to send a Q~Check in payment.

The Seller ONLY, if they are a legitimate registered company with a Federal EIN, can buy the software and use it to take checks by phone or fax from a buyer.

A buyer cannot use it to make or forward checks.  There is no emailing of checks in Q~Check - they are printed on the Seller's computer and deposited into their company bank account - no personal names can be registered on the software - only companies.
