If you are using the registered version of the 30 Day Free Demo and are purchasing a license for 1 or more years this is the correct form to use.    

Once you submit this form you will be taken to the Credit Card Payment link.  When we receive payment confirmation we will update your license on the web as soon as possible - this generally takes a few minutes but can take longer depending on time of day.  After business it will be available first thing the next day.

Just click on the update button to download the software (of Help > Check for Updates)
