SOFTWARE REGISTRATION 

Please  fill out the following information so that we can set up the software registration file for your company.   The "Pay To" (the order of) Line information  is especially important - the name(s) will appear on the checks printed out by your software.  You choose the name that goes on each check. 

Once you submit this form you will be taken to the Credit Card Payment link.

If you are purchasing for the first time and are not currently using the 30 Day Free Demo you will not have a Company ID - just leave that box blank.  If you are currently using  the 30 Free Trial or already own an initial license you will find the  Company Id in the software under "Help > About" - lower left side - it is a 3 or 4 digit number.  

Only COMPANY NAMES are acceptable in the Pay To Lines - this software is for accepting and printing company checks - not personal checks.

When we receive payment confirmation we will update your license on the web as soon as possible.  On the Q~Check software click on "Help > Check for Updates" and the new license will be automatically downloaded and installed.  The license is generally available within a few minutes but can take several hours depending on the time of day.  After business hours it will be available first thing the next day.  Please click the "Check for Updates" later in the day if it does not install when you first try it.
